A few years ago (17, in fact), Katie Couric and Bryant Gumbel didn’t quite understand what the Internet was. A week or two ago, an NBC employee disseminated footage of this humorous misunderstanding on said Internet. A day or two ago, that same employee claims NBC fired him for doing so. Awesome.
